Worry

Do you spend your day worrying? So what does the bible say about worry? In Matthew 6:26-27, Jesus tells us why we shouldn't worry, "Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet our heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?" Many of you are currently worrying about something that happened to you today, this week or maybe you are worrying about what could happen tomorrow? We cannot undo the past, and we can't even control the future. Maybe we can make better decisions that will help keep us from worrying. God ultimately wants us as Christians to trust in Him, and in doing that we are saying, "God, I am going to give you my worry, my fears and my faith." Most importantly, if you have trusted God with your life, you need to have faith that He will take care of you. This doesn't mean make stupid decisions by quitting a job, and making bad decisions. This just simply means do your best and leave the results up to God!
